Because every abatement (removal) and or demolition job is unique, A.A.I.’s approach is flexible and innovative. Services are performed on either a consulting basis from assessment and solution design or on a turnkey basis providing a complete program from assessment through implementation.

All projects comply with EPA, OSHA and NESHAPS regulations, as well as any applicable state and local requirements. AAI’s personnel have received specialized training in all phases of their work.
We are fully insured with $ 5,000,000.00 of "Occurrence" Liability insurance available and we are prepared to provide bonding for 100% of any project.
