Subject: Managing accounts on vbmhc.org

Thank you for contacting Mennonite.net about your accounts. With our new 
Caravel™ content management system, you can now manage your own accounts.

All accounts serve as webmail accounts in addition to performing the 
following functions:
Administrative - Gives full access to your Caravel™ website on 
Mennonite.net.
Member - Gives access to areas that are designated Members Only on your 
Caravel™ site.
E-mail - Email only accounts.

Here are instructions for managing accounts:

1. Each website has a generic administrative account. In addition, it is 
possible to designate one or more persons to also have administrative 
privileges with their accounts. The following accounts currently have 
administrative privileges:

User Name: admin
Password: vbmhcadmin

2. On your browser, enter the URL as noted above.

3. Log in at the bottom of the page with an account with administrative 
privileges.

4. On the Tools menu near the extreme upper right corner of the page, 
select Accounts. A new window will come up listing all of the accounts 
as well as the aliases connected with those accounts.

5. Add Accounts. There is an Add Accounts button on the bottom right. 
Type in only the short form of username, i.e. jcmartin.
Note: If there is no "Add Accounts" button but instead a message at the 
bottom left signaling that you have reached the maximum number of 
accounts, please send an email to info@mennonite.net and let us know how 
many accounts you need.

6. Add Aliases. The little + sign at the left of the first email 
address. Click on it and you can add an alias. If only a screen name is 
given (such as "info"), then the full address will be at the 
Mennonite.net subdomain listed at the bottom. If you have a custom URL 
on our system, enter the full email address (e.g. info@mydomain.org).

8. If you wish to delete an alias or account, click on the "x" to the 
left of that particular alias or account. Note that if you delete an 
entire account, it deletes all of the aliases with it and it is not 
recoverable.
